Thinking of moving to Seattle or SF Bay Area Washington, DC, any suggestions?

Me and my girls were thinking about life in Seattle for a while and now looking at our options between Seattle and the Bay region, but leaning towards Seattle, what do you think of this? Advantages: – Employment opportunities in the Kingdom of TI (for me) – I love the outdoors – hiking, biking and snowboarding (Mt. Baker legendary Whistler) – I'm not very cloudy, cool we like. – I love books and coffee. – I'm really in the picture – heard Seatter this region in summer is like heaven. – Close to Vancouver and Portland – two other major cities. Disadvantages: – The traffic is bad (but in fact I demand to be worse than the device in the DC area?) – Housing is expensive (again, I do not yet expired DC area) – Clear sky (although I do not think it bothers me a lot, but I do not know ..) – dealing in the field of accounting (for my daughter)? SF really like area Bay too, but too expensive
